This survey is a marketing-focused survey intended to assess undergraduate students' awareness and use of OUE and its services. Students will be asked demographic questions to support in data analysis and understanding of different student populations.
Findings from the survey will be used to develop a marketing and communications strategy for OUE and its sub-units. Results will also be used as part of OUE assessment processes.
We are seeking to solicit the enter undergraduate population. We specifically are seeking to gather information from (1) first-generation students, (2) limited-income students, and (3) transfer students). Our target is approximately 75 individuals representing each of these three sub-groups (overlapping identities is accessible in this context, meaning a student could be both a limited-income student and a first-generation student). We are seeking approximately 350 total responses. To achieve these participation numbers from these sub-groups based on a less than 10% anticipated response rate, we need to solicit data from the entire undergraduate population.

We will request a list of all undergraduate students and distribute via an email from OUE to all undergraduate students. This will be the method utilizes for all contacts. In addition, the anonymous survey link will also be distributed via communications from academic support services including but not limited too academic advising, undergraduate transition seminars (GT1000/2000), etc.
