The Campus Services Satisfaction Survey seeks feedback from students and employees about the quality and usage of services provided by the Campus Services units (campus recreation, dining, housing, student center, health services, parking and transportation, and auxililary operations).
The results are used by each unit in Campus Services for their strategic/assessment plans. Unit leaders respond to feedback in various ways such as changing service hours and policies, adding/deleting services, determining transfer of institutional funds (transportation-usage percents), and examining overall user satisfaction. In addition, the AVP for Camus Services reviews and discusses the results with each unit leader.
(1) Students (first year through graduate) that attend classes at the Atlanta Campus of Georgia Tech. (2) Georgia Tech employees who work at the Atlanta campus.
